Shipping Information

SHIPMENT WITHIN THE UNITED STATES: Dependent on the box size, orders will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Dresses are commonly shipped in very large dress sized boxes and shipped via UPS Ground. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We can ship international, but please send us an message first so I can quote you a price on the shipping.

DELIVERY: All orders placed will be shipped by the current turn-around time as promised. However, Loren Franco Designs does not assume any responsibility due to default or delay in delivery caused by USPS or UPS, which is beyond our control. 

EXPRESS DELIVERY: If you wish to upgrade to an expedited shipping method other than UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, please inform us for a price quote. 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: Please understand that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged purchased items in the mail. We do however take every precaution to ensure that every item is carefully packaged prior to shipping it out. 

INSURANCE: For an additional fee shipping insurance can be purchased. Please inform us prior to payment if you would like to insure your package.

Returns & Exchanges

Almost all items are special made for each customer. Please understand that no refunds will be given unless an error was made by Loren Franco Designs. If this is the case, We must be contacted within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.
